Case Study: Right Information-Right Time Initiative

Problem: Our Customer, one of the leading players in Software industry was struggling to deliver right information at the right time to the regional service agents across the world. This resulted into duplication of efforts across the regional service centers and delay in resolving the customer issue.

Solution: Tekrek developed a sophisticated FAQ system for the 1000+ regional service agents. This was deployed in an extranet environment where regional service agents and field managers could collaborate easily to support the customer community. This resulted in an increase of customer satisfaction by 9 points.
