Client Situation: Our Customer, one of the leading players in Software industry was spending over 20 Million dollars in marketing content management and localization. This chaos resulted into managing 80 sharepoints, creating multiple copies of the same campaign, disconnected localization and was not adopted content by the subsidiaries.

Solution : Tekrek helped the customer by implemented centralized content publishing engine, centralizing the localization efforts and launched one discovery portal for all 50 subsidiaries. This resulted into optimizing marketing spend by 12M in 2 years, consolidation of 80 portals into one portal and increasing the field employee productivity over 2 hours/week.
